I really don't know how people maintain diets for really long stretches of time. I'm so tired of meat, and cheese, and nuts, and produce. I'm tired of reminding myself all the time that I shouldn't have the stuff I want to eat, and choking down things that don't sound good because all I want is a bowl of noodles. I did it again today, but I feel completely unsatisfied.
Yes, I know I'm whining. I'm just feeling grumpy right now!

I totally get that! I did a doctor supervised diet once that was pretty much green vegetables, eggs and lean meats. About 10 days in, I had to go buy more meat... and I started crying in front of the meat counter (crazy, much??). I just couldn't face having another piece of meat.
Can you cook foods in a new way? Maybe a stir fry? Do some casseroles? I'm not very well versed on low carb... but maybe you can search online for some new recipes. There are some noodle out there that are low carb.. maybe look for those?
Can you do any fruit or dairy? Maybe some greek yogurt with berries?
Good luck finding a new way to mix things up.
